We work closely and collaboratively with other professional planning advisors and specialist consultants in remediation, demolition, cost assessment, engineering solutions and architectural design practices on clients schemes.

We are able to expertly coordinate the entire greenfield or brownfield development process from initial client meeting and site inspection, desktop survey and appraisal and the subsequent submission of the planning application to include the legal undertaking (Section 106 agreement) on successfully obtaining the resolution to grant planning permission.

Our detailed knowledge of the South West development market enables us to provide our clients with commercially viable solutions and thorough understanding of current planning legislation and policy enabling a comprehensive service.

• Exeter - Network Rail site – 11 acres (4.5HA) hybrid deal SOLD part Uncon and part conditional on planning to Eutopia Homes
• Torrington – land assembly and ACQUISITION and collaborative planning submission for 174 units
• Buckland Brewer – consented site for 25 units SOLD to Larkfleet Homes for private landowner on their ACQUISTION of adjacent site
• Chillington, South Hams – Consented site for 54 Units SOLD to Taylor Wimpey on behalf of four separate family owners
• Malborough, South Hams – 18 Units SOLD to Westco and 17 to Freemantle as Joint Venture with private landowner
